Requesting an internal review is the first step in challenging an NDIS decision you are unhappy with. It is also known as a “Review of a Reviewable Decision”, RORD, or s100 review.

An internal review must be requested within 3 months of the decision you are unhappy with.

An internal review is done by a different person to the one who made the initial decision.
